The Procurement Competition Commission has announced an open tender for the procurement of a mobile application for receiving medical advice and support

The “For Humanity” charitable foundation has announced the award of a contract for the “Increasing Access to Safe Abortions in Armenia” project funded by the “Grand Challenges Canada” organization.  within the framework of the program, an open tender for the purchase of a  service for the creation and launch of a mobile application for receiving medical advice and support,  which has the following mandatory requirements for participation:

Requirements for the participant

• The participant must be registered as a legal entity or individual entrepreneur (IE).
• Have at least 2 years of work experience.
• The mobile application must be created and launched in accordance with the presented technical parameters.
• Legal entities or IEPs that have been declared bankrupt by a court order as of the date of submission of the application, have overdue debts
• In terms of tax and mandatory social security payments of the Republic of Armenia are not eligible to participate.

The tender code is:   01 / 21 ԲՀ

The participant recognized as the winner of the tender will be offered to sign a corresponding purchase contract in accordance with the established procedure. 

The bids must be submitted in the Armenian language. 

The bids must be submitted in accordance with the requirements set forth in this announcement, according to the documents specified in the attached List of Required Documents. 

The bids must be submitted to the «For Humanity» Charitable Foundation office in sealed envelopes, glued and sealed at the place of closure.  

«For Humanity» Charitable Foundation   is not responsible for applications sent by mail after the deadline, or in an opened form, or in cases of receiving a damaged package.

Applications received after the deadline or sent electronically WILL NOT BE OPENED AND WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.

Applications are accepted until February 23, 2021 inclusive, every day, from 11:00 to 16:00, except Saturdays and Sundays.

The opening of applications will take place on February 25, 2021 at 16:00, at the «For Humanity» at the charitable foundation office (address: Yerevan, Armenakyan 129).
